Latenari is the brand Oshan Mudannayake builds and sells his own software under, from Colombo, Sri Lanka. It is one person. Nothing has shipped yet.
01 / What this is
The name is invented. It means nothing in any language, which was the point: four open syllables that read the same in English and in Sinhala, a domain that was free, and no company or product anywhere in software already using it.
Everything here is held personally. Latenari is not a registered company, and that is a decision rather than an oversight. Registering costs money and time before a product exists, so it waits until there is revenue to justify it.

Software you pay for once, or on a schedule you can see before you agree to it.
Small tools that do one thing, kept working for years rather than shipped and left.
No advertising inside anything, and nothing sold on about the people who use it.
03 / How it is built
One person, so the work has to stay small enough for one person to keep. That shapes what gets built more than any principle does.
Written down as it goes. Every operating decision made since the name was chosen is in a dated log, including the ones that were reversed.
Shipped when it is right, which has a real cost. There is no team to absorb a bad release.
